Who We Are
On September 25th 2015, countries adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years.
Goalz is a non-profit organisation aimed at young adults in formal education to shed light on the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals in the 2030 agenda. This is with the hope to bring transparency and urgency to politicians to impose and work on policy in line with the goals. The campaign seeks to utilise student momentum to educate and bring about change in the social, economic and environmental issues of today.
Goalz further believes in the power of creativity to affect change, and as such seeks to be a platform that promotes young creatives around the world. Our monthly postcard series features your work, with the hope of promoting both positive action and the creative minds of this generation. Sustaining the involvement of our community is key to keeping Goalz active until 2030.
